Return & Refund Policy for Melodyshop
All items sold in our store are physical finished goods. Buyers are required to inspect the merchandise immediately upon delivery.
Return Eligibility
Buyers may submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Any return request received after this period will not be accepted.
Return Requirements
All returned items must be unused, undamaged and kept in their original packaging. Damages caused by improper use, collision or scratches after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Refund Processing
After the returned merchandise passes inspection, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing time varies and depends on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once the parcel has been dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be available.
