Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Every product will undergo quality inspection before packing and shipment.
Delivery
We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by buyers at checkout. Please verify your delivery address carefully to prevent delivery failure. Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to customs inspection, public holidays, or unexpected logistics issues.
Tracking Number
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address so you can monitor your shipment status.
Customs & Import Duties
The buyer shall be fully responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and inspection fees incurred at the destination country.
